Jotaro Kujo (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure) vs Lucy (Elfen Lied)

Greetings and welcome to a new edition of my Who would win series and it is going to be none other than Jotaro Kujo from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure vs Lucy from Elfen Lied.

For this fight, because of the nature for both Jotaro and Lucy, I will do a brief summary for both characters and their main methods of fighting. What makes things very interesting here is that the fight itself is not all about Jotaro Kujo and Lucy but how they fight and defeat their opponents using special means of fighting.

Also of note, for Lucy, I will include feats from both the Anime and the Manga. I will even do a brief summary of Nyu, Lucy's alter ego. As for Jotaro, I will focus on his canon material, both the anime and manga series and even a brief mention of Eye over Heaven.

And finally, I will include the base stats for both Jotaro and Lucy, their abilities, hax, and finally, who I personally think will win this epic, jaw dropping match up.

Also of note, because of the graphic content of Elfen Lied, I advise anyone who doesn't like to see sexual, gory and shocking content to immediately leave this blog, as it contains extreme moments of violence and nudity.

Without further ado, let's begin.

Jotaro Kujo
Jotaro Kujo is the main protagonist of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Stardust Crusaders and plays a supporting role in Diamond is Unbreakable and Stone Ocean. A biracial born child, Jotaro Kujo's childhood is relatively unknown although it is already established that he has lived in Japan with his mother Holy while his father, Sadao was constantly on tour. Throughout his life, Jotaro has participated in numerous activities such as playing ball and had a running track history and lived a pretty solid life until one day, a group of thugs tried to beat Jotaro to a pulp. However, despite their efforts, the thugs were eventually overwhelmed by a mysterious spirit that saved Jotaro from harm. Realizing that this evil spirit was causing more harm than good, Jotaro volunteered to go to jail to keep others from harm. Eventually, Jotaro is visited by his grandfather Joseph Joestar and Muhammad Avdul, both of whom explained that the evil spirit that protected Jotaro was a Stand. After constant persuasion and a lot of hesitation, Jotaro eventually left prison and was back home with his mother. However, one day, a curse was placed onto his mother which caused her to become extremely ill. Eventually, Jotaro, was tasked to remove the source of the curse by defeating the powerful Dio Brando, who was in Egypt. Since then, Jotaro has been joined by his grandfather Joeseph, Avdul, Noriaki Kaykoin and Jean Pierre Polnareff and after intense conflict with Dio's cronies and Dio himself, Jotaro finally defeated Dio Brando to cure his mother from the curse.

Years later, after graduating with a degree in Marine Biology, Jotaro has set a life long journey to track down Stand Users in order to keep the world a better place.

That's a detailed background of Jotaro's backstory. Now, let's see what he has for this fight.













 






Star Platinum.

 











Jotaro himself may be human, but his an ordinary human with an extraordinary twist. You see, Jotaro himself very rarely physically harms his opponents. Instead, he uses his stand called Star Platinum to do the fighting for him. Stands are the manifestation of the human's fighting spirit and they have a variety of abilities that are both powerful and often times, very unpredictable. What makes Stand's special is that the only way to see a Stand, you must be a Stand user yourself in order to see the physical appearance. In the case of Star Platinum, it is a melee focused Stand that is summoned by Jotaro to overpower his enemies and even utilizes a surprising amount of versatility.

Let's see the base stats for both Jotaro and Star Platinum











Strength
Star Platinum's strength is extraordinarily high. It is one of the strongest stands in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure universe and it's power alone can topple countless stand users. Here are some of it's best feats.

• Casually punches through walls, concrete, metal and even steel bars
• Has overpowered a group of Enya's minions.
• ORA'ed Steely Dan that took 4 pages of the manga to finish (That is badass). Not only did Star Platinum annihilated, humiliated and destroyed Steely Dan, the sheer force from Star Platinum's punches made Steely Dan's break through a brick wall.
• Has punched and destroyed the teeth of High Priestess, which are stated to be as tough as diamonds.
• Threw a tower at Dio Brando
• Jotaro himself has broken a man's jaw
• Star Platinum once ORA ORA'ed the side of ZZ Rocket's car so hard that ZZ Rocket was blasted outside of the car due to the force of the punches.
• When Jotaro was turned into a child, he overpowered Alessi and eventually beat him. Alessi is a full grown man who uses his stand Sethan who can turn his victims into kids in order to make them weaker to finish them off.
• Star Platinum punched Dio's head so hard that it make a huge crack and suppressed Dio's healing factor.
• Has ORA'ed Dio Brando with such force, he was sent flying a couple of feet away.
• Destroyed Dio Brando's  Road Roller, a steamroller that Dio attempted to use to crush Jotaro. 
• Punched Dio's Stand The World with such force, it destroyed The World and killed Dio in the process 

Speed
Star Platinum's Speed is very high. however, it is thanks to a couple of scaling factors that put him at higher level than he should be. Here are some of Star Platinum's best speed feats
 

•  Grabbed a police officer's gun with such speed it was faster than the human eye could track.
• With the same gun, Jotaro fired the bullet towards his own head, Star Platinum caught the bullet.
• Stole Joeseph Joestar's prosthetic finger without him noticing. Joeseph can react to Massively hyper sonic speeds.
• Grabbed glass shards that were about to pierce Jotaro's skin
• Star Platinum can punch, or "ORA ORA" 54 times per second. 
• Star Platinum is close to Silver Chariot's combat speed. While it is stated that Silver Chariot is indeed FTL thanks to a feat that it did earlier in the series, it is worth noting that it was due to a planned maneuver. Kaykoin and Polnareff were surrounded by a group of beggars when Kaykoin threw a coin in the air that caught the attention of the beggars, this allowed Hangman, a stand that travels through reflections, to travel to the coin and allowed Silver Chariot to slice it. This puts the feat to FTL speeds. Because of the situation, Silver Chariot achieved this through tactics and not with pure stats. However, in case of Star Platinum, Jotaro himself said that Silver Chariot was slightly faster.
• Almost matched Dio Brando's The World Stand Rush
•  Star Platinum broke D'arby's finger during a poker match very quickly
•  Stopped a bullet while Jotaro was severely injured
• Using Star Platinum the World, Jotaro dodged a barrage of darts
• Has blocked most of Dio's Knives while in The World.

Durability
Jotaro's durability is human, however, Star Platinum itself is legendary. What is interesting here is that when a Stand takes damage, the Stand User takes it as well. Still, despite the drawback, here are some surprising feats for durability

• In the rules of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, it is by laws of the universe that only a stand user can harm another Stand. This practically makes Star Platinum Invulnerable to all normal means of attacks.
• Jotaro has survived getting a fan impaled on his shoulder. Jotaro shrugged it off
• Jotaro was shot by ZZ Rocket's Wheel of Fortune gasoline, causing injuries in several places. Jotaro eventually shrugged it off.
• Jotaro was impaled in the stomach by Polnareff who was possessed by Anubis, Jotaro still defeated him but barely survived the fight.
• Dio Brando's The World kicked Star Platinum in the leg, Jotaro receives damage to his leg.
• Star Platinum gets punched by The World numerous times. The World's punch created a massive hole in Noriaki Kaykoin's chest, killing him.
• Jotaro survived a car crash
• Took a tongue attack by one of Enya's minions, Jotaro shrugged it off
• Jotaro tanked an explosion but was severely damaged and took severe injuries in the process

Abilities
Star Platinum, despite it's straightforward fighting style, has a couple of abilities that make it a true monster in combat. They are.

• Stand Rush: The signature move of Star Platinum, as stated before, it is a series of devastating punches that reach 54 punches per second.
• Star Finger: A long ranged ability that Star Platinum uses by extending it's fingers towards it's intended target. He can perform this ability with great precision and speed.
• Soul Inhalation: Star Platinum can inhale spirits, consuming them in the process. He used this on Enya's Justice Stand to save Jotaro, Polnareff and Hol Horse from being Enya's puppets.
• Super Sight: Star Platinum has incredible vision, it can see even the tiniest stands like Steely Dan's Lovers, a microscopic stand.
• Flight: Star Platinum can also fly, it even let's Jotaro fly as well. Infact, sometimes Star Platnium can fight while Jotaro himself is in mid air. 

Hax 

 


Star Platinum's most powerful ability is "Za Warudo", or, The World. This legendary power stops time completely and allows Jotaro and Star Platinum to move around the World in a short time span. How long the time stop take ranges from 1-5 seconds depending on the state of Jotaro himself. Still, this ability is extraordinarily powerful. However, the biggest drawbacks to it's power is that it cannot be repeatedly used. And, the time stop puts a strain on Jotaro's heart, should he repeatedly use it, it will weaken Jotaro to the point that it can actually kill him. So, Jotaro uses this time stop when he absolutely has to use it as a last resort.












Star Platinum Eyes over Heaven

 
















In Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes over Heaven, Star Platinum is upgraded in the final confrontation against Heaven Ascension DIO; much like Jotaro’s original battle with DIO, Star Platinum’s connection to The World Over Heaven allowed it to gain its rival Stand’s signature ability: Overwrite Reality. By punching a target, the newly dubbed Star Platinum Over Heaven can bend the fabric of reality itself, which it used for things like healing it's own user and even overwriting abilities.

While Star Platinum Eyes over Heaven is insanely powerful, it is a non canon depiction of the Stands capabilities. So it is unlikely that it will participate in the fight. 

Still, Star Platinum's Eyes over Heaven is a force to be reckoned with. 


Weaknesses
 
While Jotaro himself is alot tougher than a regular human, he is, and by rules of anything logical, only a human. While he is a special kind of human for having a stand, should Jotaro die, Star Platinum disappears entirely. Also of note, Star Platinum, while invincible to all means of attacks that are not caused by another stand, does have drawbacks. 

With the exception of very few Stands, Stands cannot be too far from their own Stand User's, otherwise they are severely weakened in battle or straight up useless. In the case of Star Platinum, should he be over 2 meters from Jotaro, his combat effectiveness is lower the more distance between itself and Jotaro. Also, should Star Platinum take damage, Jotaro will take the damage as well. This puts Jotaro in very dangerous situations that can lead to his demise if he is not careful. 

Still, despite his drawbacks, Jotaro Kujo is without a doubt the most badass, coolest, inspiring and courageous fictional character ever. 

On a personal note, Jotaro Kujo is my fictional Idol. I always see him as the ideal man that I wanted to be :). Jotaro, thank you for being such a badass!!!!


















Lucy

  
 

In the world of Elfen Lied, humans are a race of unlimited capabilities. All of that changed when a mutation within our very own DNA was triggered. This ushered in a new species of humans call the Diclonius. The Diclonius are known for their horns that are shaped like cat ears on top of their skulls and have a diverse, strange set of colors for their eyes and hair like pink and green. One of the major differences that Dicolnii have compared to humans is their pineal gland. While human pineal glands are normally shaped like a nut inside the brain that produces melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate sleeping patterns, the Diclonii's pineal glands are as large as an egg, while they double as sources for their superhuman abilities they possess from birth. This actually has it's basis from the Lovecraftian Stories like "From Beyond" where the gland is tied to several latent senses

Heralded as the next step in evolution and also feared for their devastating power, the Diclonius were a powerful breed of humans with a tremendous capacity for violence and unpredictability. One such Diclonius is a girl named Lucy.

Lucy, also known as Kaede, was a very lonely girl who was always abused by all of her peers minus a girl who took care of her. Eventually, she befriended a puppy but sadly, the puppy was killed by a group of bullies that made Lucy witness the horrific ordeal. Even the girl who Lucy thought was her friend betrayed Lucy. Lucy, in a fit of rage, killed the bullies and the traitor with the help of her powers. Eventually, Lucy went on a rampage, killing families, children, anyone that she came across. She eventually befriended a boy (who is revealed to be Kouta) who she murdered his sister and his entire family right before his eyes and was eventually captured by the mysterious Diclonius Research facility after 5 years on the rampage.

Lucy is one of the very first Diclonii to exist. Born from an unknown mother whose genetic code was responsible for not only Lucy herself but other children who are Diclonii due to experimentation. There are two types of Diclonius, A Queen and Siplets. The latter are referred to as "worker bees" who spread the Diclonius virus to human males, making their children be born as Diclonii. This gave them shorter lifespans than regular humans because they possess an accelerated aging process. Lucy however is the only known Queen of the Diclonii, and can age like what a regular human would and can reproduce sexually. As of the events of Elfen Lied, all of the Diclonius are female, save for Lucy's half brother, who is theorized to be a new species of Diclonius due to being the only male to have Diclonii characteristics.

Eventually, Lucy escaped the lab she was confined in, and was shot in the head during the escape. Lucy survived the ordeal but was instead a very different girl who only said "Nyu". Hence, her new name became Nyu. Eventually, two people, Kouta and Yuka, found Nyu and took her at Kouta's house for shelter. Nyu eventually grew a strong bond for everyone and enjoyed their company. However, despite the happiness that Nyu experienced, everything changed once Chief Kakuzawa decided to chase her down and attempt to take her back into the lab for further experimentation. This triggered Lucy to become more and more dangerous and has vowed to try and do whatever it takes to stop them from taking her, and finally, to protect Kouta from any means of harm.

That is a very detailed look at Lucy and her heritage. Now, let's see what she is capable of.

Vectors

Lucy's main method of attack is unique to her species. She can use intangible and invisible hands called Vector's in combat. Vector's are extensions of a Diclonii's body and can serve as extra limbs for the user to manipulate at will. They are invisible to non Diclonii unless you are equipped with items that can allow you to see them. In rare cases, Vectors can be felt from a distance, and eventually, with enough frequency, can be visible to anyone. Lucy herself can use a total of 28 Vectors at will though it is entirely possible she could use even more vectors in combat over time. While Lucy originally had a range of only 2 meters, Vectors can also reach very far distances. In fact, when Lucy gets very serious, her horns grow and, at the peak of Lucy's power, her vectors can reach over 2,700 miles long and a width of 51 miles. If Lucy used all of her vectors in a single row, they would be big enough to cover over half of the USA and are even longer than the country itself. 

Another feature for the Vectors is that they can infect human males with the Diclonius virus,  which, when triggered, makes the victims children be born as Diclonii. How the process works remains a mystery since Elfen Lied doesn't show us any concrete way on how the transmission works.

Also, Vectors have four different frequencies, each with different levels of power and eventually, appearance.They are:

1. Low: The Vectors are completely intangible
2. Medium: The Vectors can Squeeze, Lift and Punch anything in the physical world
3. High: The Vectors can slash their targets with extreme precision and strength.
4. Extreme: The Vectors are finally visible and pack devastating power. They also become explosive.

Now that we know about the Vector's origins, let's see what they can do.

Strength
Technically, The Vectors that Lucy possess are incredibly powerful. Here are some feats for their strength.
 

• Casually, even effortlessly, slice up steel, rockets and even military vehicles and helicopters.
• As a child, Lucy decapitated, and blew off the heads of people without any form of effort
• During her escape, has killed numerous guards and a secretary.
• Uprooted a tree and threw it as a projectile 
• Sliced off Nana's fingers and her limbs.
• Has destroyed multiple buildings at once
• Has destroyed multiple battleships 
• Destroyed an Island using her Vectors
• Overpowered and defeated Mariko, Who has 50 Vectors at her disposal
• Has caused a storm that is bigger than an island.

Speed
Another great stat for Lucy's Vector's are their speed. Here are some of their best speed feats. 

•  With no effort, Lucy's Vector's deflect bullets and machine gun bullets. They even bounce off.
• Speed Wise, The Vector's slice their victims extremely quickly.
• Threw a pen at a guard with such speed he didn't react to it.
• At one time, Lucy's Vectors reached in space in a very short time span. This puts the vectors at Massively Hyper sonic to borderline FTL speeds. This was achieved in 18-20 seconds
• Stopped a bullet that was inches away from Lucy's heart.
• Deflects a 50 caliber tungsten bullet. This bullet was specifically designed to counter Diclonius Vectors. And Lucy herself eventually stopped it.
• Annihilated a group of Diclonius before they could react. 

Durability
Durability is particularly interesting for Lucy. She is essentially just a Diclonii with the exact same durability as what a normal human would have. However, Lucy's vector's are her main source of defense. Here are some surprising feats for durability.

•  As a child, Lucy caused and endured a large explosion that created a massive hole through multiple floors of a building
• Survived a shot in the head.
• Tanked a missile that exploded in front of Lucy. However, Lucy was injured from the blast but still alive.
•  Survived a point blank explosion that was from the inside of Mariko's body, which was implanted with a bomb.
• Tanked hits from Nana and Mariko, who are also Diclonius.
• Has been pushed towards pillars
•  Tanked a massive spiked steel ball to the chest.

Abilities.
Along with her Vector's. Lucy herself does have some surprising abilities that can help her in a fight. This is a list of what she is capable of.

• Barriers: Lucy's vector's form barriers to protect her from all means of attacks. They are so durable they can prevent explosives from touching her body. While the force of those explosions can still harm Lucy, and, because the barriers do have gaps that can be exploited, The Vectors still absorb the majority of the force to protect Lucy.
• Cellular Reconstruction: Cellular Reconstruction is a process that allows Lucy to heal at a much faster rate than what a normal human would. Thus, this is a form of regeneration should Lucy take damage. She can also use this ability on other people to help save them from life threatening injuries. Whether this ability can do other forms of cellular manipulation is unclear, though it is theorized that Lucy can attack her opponents at a cellular level, making it a very dangerous ability.
• Leviation: Though not exactly levitation, Lucy can use her vectors to allow her to lift herself up in the air for greater mobility and for jumping at great distances. 

Split personalities 

 














Due to the trauma she has suffered during her childhood, Lucy has developed multiple personalities. Each personality is vastly different from one another. Lucy has three personalities over the course of Elfen Lied. They are.

Lucy: This is Lucy's main personality for this fight Though she does feel remorse which gives her a contempt for humanity,  Lucy wanted nothing more than to be accepted by others for being a Diclonius. Even though that goal is ultimately preventing her from achieving it since people always saw her as a freak show. In combat, Lucy has no hesitation to kill her opponents with extreme brutality. While this makes Lucy incredibly ruthless, she refuses to kill anyone infront of Kouta, who she always considered him to be the only true friend she ever had.



Nyu: This personality is without a doubt, the polar opposite of Lucy. After surviving a shot in the head during her escape, Lucy eventually was changed to Nyu. Nyu is a very cheerful, very playful girl who desires happiness and joy to all of those she meets. While she is very positive, Nyu is not the smartest person you would meet. You see, when Kouta asked Nyu for water, Nyu brought him a shoe instead..... XD!!!! Also of note, Nyu's speech is very limited to just "Nyu" though as time went on, she learned to say more words for better communication.
 On a more serious note, Nyu never wants to engage in combat but she can use her vectors to help protect those she loves and for a last resort.


The DNA Voice: The final personality that Lucy developed. This personality allows Lucy to become even more ruthless, brutal and outright remorseless. This personality is also the sole reason as to how Lucy achieved her most powerful feats. This personality managed to override both Lucy and Nyu in a last ditch attempt to wipe out humanity from the face of the earth.



Weaknesses

Despite her ungodly power, and the nature of her vectors being extremely dangerous and outright very unpredictable, Lucy is far from invincible. Infact, she has the exact same level of durability as a normal human. 

Also of note, Lucy's horns and her pineal gland are the main driving power for her to use her vectors. Should her pineal gland be damaged, Lucy will revert back to her less combative personality that is Nyu. While Nyu can still use the vectors to defend herself, she isn't even close to Lucy's sheer desire to kill, making Nyu practically unable to try and kill her opponent.


As for Lucy's horns, should they be broken, Lucy will lose her vector's in the process, making her extremely vulnerable in combat. 


It is also worth noting that if Lucy uses her Vectors at their maximum potential for a extended period of time, she would melt into nothing more than a head on top of a pile of diclonious goo.  This happened when the DNA voice made Lucy use the vectors in an attempt to wipe out humanity from the face of the earth while trying to protect Kouta. In other words, Lucy essentially reaches that level of power to attempt to kill herself in the process

 

Still, despite Lucy's flaws. She is without a doubt one of the most complex, endearing, and outright sexiest female badasses ever. 

Also, Nyu is simply too cute for anyone not to love!!!! 

That's right!!!! :D!!!










Summary
Jotaro Kujo

 













Advantages

• Being a Stand, Star Platinum will be invulnerable to Lucy's Vectors.
• Lucy cannot see Star Platinum since she is not a stand user
• Has more experience in combat.
• Star Platinum is faster than Lucy's Vectors in terms of reactionary and combat speed
• Defeated characters with powerful hax like Dio Brando, Enya and Rubber Soul, whose stand can resist physical force.
• Has better poses than Lucy
• Say's "Yare Yare Daze" aka "Good Grief" 
• Star Platinum the World can end the fight very quickly.

Disadvantages

• While incredible powerful, Star Platinum's power is far below Lucy's Vectors.
• Jotaro and Star Platinum cannot see the Vectors since they are not Diclonius or are equipped with items that would have helped them see them. Although Jotaro can see the vectors once Lucy puts them at extreme frequencies.
• Star Platinum's efficient combat range is 2 meters from Jotaro, should it be further from Jotaro, he will lose his combat effectiveness and eventually, forced to be back to Jotaro.
• If Lucy managed to slice Jotaro, he will eventually die due to extreme blood loss.
• His time stop, while powerful, puts a strain on Jotaro. So if he doesn't finish off Lucy with this ability, Lucy will take advantage of the situation and eventually kill Jotaro.
• Jotaro himself doesn't have a regen like Lucy.

Lucy

 


Advantages

• Has the superior strength 
• Destroys Jotaro and Star Platinum in terms of range since the Vectors can reach miles long and miles wide
• Her firepower is leagues above Jotaro and Star Platinum
• Has Cellular Reconstruction which allows her to heal from wounds quickly.
• Her Vectors have better travel speed since they reached space in a time span of 18-20 seconds.
• Her barriers can protect her from Star Platinum's stand rush.
• Once Lucy's vectors reach their full potential, Jotaro is dead. The Vectors at their maximum potential can destroy islands and even countries.
• Arguably more calm than Jotaro. Especially in terms of pain tolerance
• Her Vector arms are more numerous than Star Platinum's fists. 2 fists vs 28 arms? That's a massive difference
•  Her Vectors cannot be seen by Jotaro since he himself is not a Diclonius. Unless Lucy makes the vectors go at extreme frequencies, her vectors will be a huge advantage in combat.
• Lucy is sexier than Jotaro
• Nyu is leagues more adorable than both Lucy and Jotaro
• Elfen Lied is vastly more brutal than JoJo's Bizarre Adventure... I love it!!!

Disadvantages

• While the vectors are very fast, Star Platinum is still faster in terms of combat and reactionary speed
• Lucy's durability is just human at best. Should Star Platinum punch her, she will either be severely injured or dead.
• Doesn't have any hax compared to Jotaro's time stop.
• Not as experienced in combat as Jotaro.
• If her horns are broken by Star Platinum, Lucy is outright defeated. 
• If her pineal gland is broken, Nyu will re emerge. While Nyu can use vectors like Lucy, she is far from being as ruthless in battle like Lucy, making things alot easier for Jotaro to win the fight.
• While the peak of Lucy's power is amazing, should she keep reaching that level overtime, she will eventually melt down. This put's Lucy at a very risky situation if she cannot finish Jotaro and Star Platinum off.
• Lucy herself cannot see Star Platinum because she is not a stand user.
• Is an edgelord
• Not as cool as Jotaro Kujo
• Doesn't have any real badass poses aside from her stare. 

Conclusion

 
Oh boy, what a close match up. This right here is what fictional battles should be. They need to be unpredictable, exciting and above all, epic to behold. So, this is such a tricky match up that the only way to answer the question on who will win ultimately comes down to a couple of questions that play a factor into the fight.




Question 1: Can Jotaro see The Vectors?
Answer: No, he simply cannot see the Vectors unless they reached extreme frequency levels. You see, Jotaro may see other Stands since he is a Stand user but the thing is, Lucy is not a Stand user but a Diclonius. It also doesn't help that Lucy's Vectors are virtually invisible to the naked eye so Jotaro would not know where the vectors are coming from.

Question 2: Can Lucy see Star Platinum?
Answer: No. Lucy is not a stand user and as mentioned before, Stand Users can only see another Stand. There are some stands in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure universe that non stand users can see like Strength's Boat stand. However, in the case of Star Platinum, no, Lucy simply doesn't have any way to see Star Platinum

Question 3: Who will more likely attack first:
Answer: This is by far the most significant factor in the fight. Both Jotaro and Lucy have alot of desire to beat their opponents to kingdom come. Both Jotaro and Lucy can simply end this fight very quickly depending on the circumstances involved. However, with great consideration, I personally believe Lucy will more likely strike first since she is more willingly to kill her enemies without any form of sympathy, giving her a much better head start against Jotaro and Star Platinum. However, more questions need to be answered in order to seal the deal.

Question 4: Can Jotaro and Star Platinum somehow withstand the attacks from the Vectors?
Answer: This question gets very interesting. Once Lucy launches her vectors at Jotaro, the first thing that needs to be considered is if Jotaro himself would react to the Vectors anyway. Since they are invisible to him, it is very unlikely he would react to those vectors and eventually, this leads to him being very open to a kill shot for Lucy to take advantage of. That said, Should Star Platinum be in front of Jotaro once the battle is commenced, the Vectors..... will pass through Star Platinum. Why? Because Vectors are intangible and can even phase through multiple objects and even people for that matter. Some Vectors can even phase through other vectors, giving the user greater chances of killing their opponents. So, the question about whether Jotaro and Star Platinum can withstand the attacks from Lucy's vectors is simple to answer, they cannot do so if they can't react, see or even touch the Vectors anyway.

Question 5: If Lucy's Vectors can phase through Star Platinum, couldn't Jotaro stop time to save himself and finish Lucy off?
Answer: Now, this question is where things get very intense. You see, Lucy herself has no counter to Jotaro's Time stop. Should Jotaro use the time stop, Lucy is practically defenseless, opening a clear shot for Jotaro and Star Platinum to seal the deal and pummel Lucy to death. However. There is one more question that needs to be answered.

Question 6: How far apart are Lucy and Jotaro?
Answer: Clearly, this factor is huge in the fight. What makes this situation very important is that the range capabilities for both Jotaro and Lucy come into play.

Firstly, due to the limited range of just 2 meters, Star Platinum is at a huge disadvantage against Lucy's Vectors, who can reach to lengths that are miles long very quickly. This puts Jotaro and Star Platinum in a very, very dire situation against Lucy. What is worse, Star Platinum's only ranged attack is Star Finger, which is a technique that can potentially hurt Lucy, though thanks to her sheer willpower and regen, Lucy will eventually heal from the attack. On the other hand, Lucy's vectors would just reach Jotaro Kujo and eventually slice him to pieces, thus, winning the fight and removing Star Platinum from the battle. Since the Vectors, while not quite as fast as Star Platinum's combat and reactionary speed, are faster in terms of travel speed, travel speed alone is the real game changer here. If Lucy's vectors can reach space in 18-20 seconds, then there is no doubt that her vectors would reach Jotaro with such speed, the fight would be over before it even started.

But then, Za Warudo? Can Jotaro still use the time stop on Lucy even with her having the distance advantage? Well guess what? While the time stop is useful, the distance between Jotaro and Lucy is too great that Jotaro has to reach Lucy first before the time stop ends. Due to her superior range, it is very possible for the time stop to run out before Jotaro could finish her off. Also, once, Lucy sees Jotaro up close and personal, she will eventually use one of her vector arms to uppercut Jotaro's head off anyway. What's more, the distance gap may be shorter but since the vector's travel speed is far better than Star Platinum's, Lucy is more likely going to kill Jotaro before he can pummel her to death anyway.



So, in a close contest, Lucy will win this match up in brutal, sadistic fashion. Jotaro, you will always be my idol in fiction, and yes, you can still beat Lucy in numerous battles. However, it is thanks to Lucy's Vectors, their travel speed, superior range, their destructive capability and their intangibility that made her surpass Jotaro's Star Platinum and Jotaro himself.
