Who Would Win series: Season 4 Finale: Rexy (Jurassic Park/Jurassic World) vs The Spinosaurus (Jurassic Park 3)

Greetings and welcome to the Season 4 Finale of my "Who Would Win" series and it is going to be Rexy from Jurassic Park/Jurassic World vs The Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park 3

This match up will have very interesting twists. How so? Well I decided to composite Rexy with her info since she has a very consistent level of power across different media of Jurassic Park. Of course, I will use images from the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World films to showcase Rexy's capabilities. However, video games and the Novel of Jurassic Park will also be added.

As for the Spinosaurus, I decided to do the same procedure. I will use the Jurassic Park 3 film and also the video games to showcase it's maximum potential.

Finally, I will go for Strength, Speed, Durability, Feats and Finally, who I personally believe will win this "Rematch of the Century".

So, without further ado, let's finally put this epic rivalry to a decisive end.

Rexy

Rexy, also known as "Roberta" (From the Novel) is a Tyrannosaurus Rex that had been resurrected by a bio engineering company known as "InGen" by taking blood from a mosquito that was stuck in the sap of Amber. However, the process also involved blending DNA with Frogs in order to fill in the gaps. Which also means, Rexy, along with all the other cloned dinosaurs, are "Mutants".

Eventually, Rexy's resurrection is an astounding success. Created from a laboratory from Isla Sorna, Rexy eventually grew up to live a long and "bloodthirsty" lifestyle, like what a T-Rex would.

Rexy eventually reached Isa Nublar via transportation, and was a superstar in the theme park known as "Jurassic Park"......... Ooooh this is when things get really awesome

You see, Rexy, escaped from her enclosure all because of a hurricane, and a idiotic "Dennis Nedry", who turned off the power across the park (Though the Raptor Enclosure was still online.... what? XD!!!)

From that point forward, Rexy managed to wreck havoc on the Park as the "Queen" of Isla Nublar.... Oh, you did not know Rexy was Female? Well guess what? She is :D!!!!

In a time span of Twelve Years, Rexy eventually was tamed once more by InGen for the renamed "Jurassic World" and has wowed audiences..... by eating nothing more than Goats.........

Also, Rexy became one of the unsung heroes of Jurassic World when she managed to defeat the first genetically modified hybrid known as "Indominus Rex".

Since then, Rexy has underwent quite alot of stuff, scaring off invaders and hunting dinosaurs for breakfast and dinner.......

That is a simple background for Rexy. Now, let's see what the most badass Tyrannosaurus in all of fiction is capable of.

Strength

Rexy, if it is not obvious by now, is one of the most powerful and strongest dinosaurs in existence. However, with alot of surprising tricks for "Scaling", Rexy is far from your typical T-Rex. Here is a list of Strength Feats for the Tyrannosaurus.

Can break through Steel Walls with no sign's of resistance

Threw "The Big One" towards a Tyrannosaurus skeleton with such force with her jaw, it caused the entire skeleton to shatter completely.

Is vastly superior to the "Buck" from The Lost World Jurassic Park, who, in the Novel, managed to hold a helicopter in place and even push down a Fleetwood RV Mobile Lab Trailer towards a cliffside. However, while it did have help with his mate, the fact that the trailer in total would weigh nearly 43 tons already makes the feat quite amazing.

Just like Buck, Rexy also managed to hold a helicopter in place by grabbing the ladder.

Pushed back the Indominus Rex, who weighs over 10-12 tons towards buildings and eventually, towards the Mosasaurus

In the video games, Rexy can break through multiple buildings by simply charging right through them.

Managed to overpower and defeat Lady Margaret, a full grown Triceratops, which weighs over 10 tons.

Is superior to a "Juvenile" T-Rex in the Novel, which killed a Young Apatosaurus.

Can also bite through Ankylosaurus Armor, which is the strongest armor out of all the dinosaurs in existence.

Can tip over Safari Jeeps.

Can lift multiple debris while chasing down a really funny human.

Rexy's bite force is perfectly measured with "Real" Tyrannosaurs, who can generate 6 tons (12 000 pounds) of force. That literally means Rexy can crush a car with just her bite......... That is just badass!!!

Speed

Rexy is simply put, one of the fastest dinosaurs in Jurassic Park and Jurassic World...... Yeah.... Despite what Paleontologists want you to believe, Rexy is FAR!!!! from slow. Here is a list of amazing Speed feats for Rexy

Has outpaced a Jeep that was traveling over 80kmph.

In the video games, Rexy is quick enough to match Velociraptors, who can travel at speeds comparable to Cheetahs, who are the fastest land animals alive.

Has eventually eaten people and dinosaurs who attempted to run from her, while also having a head start from certain situations.

Outran a Volcano eruption.

In the Jurassic Park Lost World Arcade Rail Shooter, a Tyrannosaurus managed to not only catch up to a Jeep, but also managed to break through Trees and debris in the boss fight. Rexy can perfectly scale to this feat, as the T-Rex is actually identical to her in terms of overall capabilities.

Can outrun smaller herbivores such as Gallimimus, Dryosaurus, Archaeornithomimus and other types. All of which are comparable to a Cheetah's speed.

Can swim fast enough to reach Rafts.... Oh, you did not know that Rexy can swim? Now you do ;)

Durability

Ok....... Now this is where Rexy becomes borderline "Super Hero" level :D!!! You see, Rexy has MANY!!!! Durability feats that listing them all would take nearly 2 pages worth of a Goosebumps Book to do it justice. So, I will only list a handful of Rexy's incredible Durability level :D!!!

Took multiple scratches and bites from "The Big One". A Highly intelligent Raptor that is described by Robert Muldoon as a "Clever Girl"...... She is indeed Rob, she is indeed :D

Took multiple swipes and bites from the Indominus Rex, who has a bite that is so powerful, it can break through bullet proof gyrospheres.... the same vehicle that literally took an Ankylosaur's Tail swipe, that generates enough force to break bones of large dinosaurs. However, the fact that Rexy managed to at least take those bites and remain healthy means she is DURABLE!!!!!

Oh but that's not all :D!!!

In the video Games, Tyrannosaurs can take blasts from Armored Tanks........ Yes, there is a video game that has a Tyrannosaurus taking blasts from military tanks.......... All in Jurassic Park......... That is just legendary :D

Tyrannosaurs can take horn attacks (Gore) from Triceratops, Tail Swipes from Ankylosaurus and Stegosaurus and even blows from large predators like the Carcharadontosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Spinosaurus.... oh wait XD!!!!

Scales to Tyrannosaurs in the game "Trespasser", all of which are almost impossible to kill with conventional weapons like Assault Rifles, Pistols, and even Shotguns. One such T-Rex can take nearly 3 minutes worth of tanking bullets before dying....... That is still extremely impressive

Feats

Of course, being the coolest dinosaur in Jurassic Park and Jurassic World, Rexy has accomplished Wonders :D. Here is a list of really cool and surprising Feats achieved by the Mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Has officially, and cleanly, and cleverly, killed both the Big One and another Raptor on her own.

Helped Blue to defeat The Indominus Rex

Ate Donald Gennaro who was sitting on a toilet because he "Crapped his pants" (He actually was there just to hide XD!!!)

Has saved Owen Grady from a Carnotaurus

Eaten over thousands of Goats XD!!!!!!!
Did this......

SEGA!!!!!!!

Has by far, the coolest roar in all of fiction that is rivaled only by Godzilla...... Oh man I love it so much!!!!

Is literally, the most badass dinosaur ever..........

Has become a skilled Hunter and Fighter, defeating and eating Dinosaurs :D!!!!!

Weaknesses

Hello? Anybody Home? XD!!!

While Rexy is an absolute beast of a dinosaur, there are a few weaknesses for her.

Firstly, one of the most iconic traits of the T-Rex in Jurassic Park and Jurassic World, is that their Eyesight is specially based on movement. Meaning, Rexy only hunts when something is "Moving". Which is quite hilarious to think about because Rexy may mistake vehicles for food, which can be very dangerous for her digestive system XD!!!!

Funny stuff aside, this flaw is actually not gonna factor at all in a 1v1 fight because Rexy does have an edge over that hurdle by having "Scent of Smell" anyway. It also helps that in a 1v1, what happens? Both sides have to move around and fight. So this weakness is already nullified in terms of a random 1v1 action packed match up :D!!!

Secondly, Rexy's arms, while capable of lifting nearly 200 kgs, are so tiny, they literally cannot grapple down large predators. However, Rexy still makes up for it by simply "Chomping" on her foes and victims anyway XD!!!

The Funny Thoughts of Rexy's Weaknesses

What really astounds me is that Rexy..... is not actually weak at all. While yes, not exactly a Super Hero, she is still just a very powerful Dinosaur no matter how you see it :D!!!

The fact she counters her weaknesses with specific factors makes Rexy, the second character so far in my series to counter weaknesses perfectly since Maya from Borderlands :D!!!! What a badass!!!!

In the end, Rexy is by far, the most badass dinosaur of all time :D!!! Rexy is beloved, childhood, and overall, just a timeless work of art thanks to Special Effects and Animatronics.... Long Live the Queen!!!!!

The Spinosaurus

The backstory of the Spinosaurus is quite easy to pinpoint. It was simply a creation that was never on InGen's list, so really, the Spinosaurus was a funny creation to say the least. Eventually, it was mistaken for a Suchomimus and a Baryonyx, which means the Spinosaurus has "Perfect" Disguise for it's DNA XD!!!!!!

Of course, it is a fearsome predator and has lived on Isla Sorna for it's entire lifetime. It is the Apex Predator of that Island and has even killed numerous Trespassers that dared to set foot on it's domain.

That is a very short background of the Spinosaurus, now, let's see what this amazing animal is capable of

Strength

While the Spinosaurus is a Dinosaur, it is an extraordinary dinosaur. Being the largest terrestrial predator in existence, The Spinosaurus is undoubtedly extremely strong. Here is a list of Strength feats for the Sail Back Behemoth

Is strong enough to pull back a large watercraft cage, giving the feat a total of around 3-6 tons

Managed to break through "High Level Security" Steel fences by simply charging right through it.

Superior to a Juvenile T-Rex. While not fully grown, a Juvenile Rex is capable of producing a bite force that is almost 4 tons of pressure.

Can snap the Juvenile T-Rex's neck

In the video games for Jurassic Park 3 (Not exactly based on the film though XD) The Spinosaurus can somehow manage to strike down Large predators and huge herbivores with a few strikes. In Jurassic Park Operation Genesis, it can kill a fully grown Triceratops with only 3-4 strikes and an Ankylosaurus with only 8. It also has the highest attack potency out of all the dinosaurs.

Can crush the N622DC. A small airplane.

Speed

The Spinosaurus unfortunately is not particular noteworthy for it's "Speed", that said, there is some noteworthy moments that make it pretty fast :D.

Can outrun humans

In the games Jurassic Park Operation Genesis and Jurassic World Evolution, A Spinosaurus can hunt down smaller herbivores like a Gallimimus, Dryosaurus and Archaeornithomimus, all of which are comparable to a Cheetah's Speed

Can catch up to Safari Jeeps. Which can go at around 60 mph.

Can swim fast enough to catch up to the Watercraft

Is able to run away quickly enough from getting burnt by Dr Grant's Flare Gun, which created a large wall of fire.

Durability

Unfortunately, The Spinosaurus lacks any noteworthy Durability Feats. That said, I still will give it the highest level of Durability it has shown, and be alot more generous to it :D

Managed to survive a bite from a Juvenile T-Rex. As mentioned before, a Juvenile Rex can generate 4 tons of pressure with it's bite.

Can survive multiple shots from a Barrett M82A2, which did this..... Mind you, the Spinosaurus did not suffer any serious injuries from these shots

Survived Tail Swipes from an Ankylosaurus. Which is significant since the Spinosaurus can also take way more of these hits than the Tyrannosaurus, Allosaurus and even the fellow African Predator Carcharadontosaurus. Ankylosaurus can generate nearly 8 tons worth of force with it's Tail Swipe, which is powerful enough to shatter metal and if used against a car, would utterly destroy it completely

Is able to survive Safari Cars getting rammed towards it. Sometimes, the cars explode on impact while the Spinosaurus simply stands still

Feats

The Spinosaurus is quite a badass dinosaur. One of my personal favorites ever, I will list a couple of accomplishments of the Sailed Back Beast :D!!!!

Has officially, and cleanly, and without any form of cheating, killed a Juvenile T-Rex

Has eaten anything it came across with extreme ferocity

Managed to survive Jurassic Park 3 without taking little damage.

Has one of my favorite dinosaur looks. I mean, look at that amazing Sail and those claws are literally flaying scythes of death

Has a very cool roar. Pretty awesome actually :D

Jurassic Park 3, while not my favorite of the series, is actually just a fun film to watch

Weaknesses

The Spinosaurus is sadly, not exactly the best in terms of overall feats. While yes, it is the main dinosaur of Jurassic Park 3 and is a main stay for the series ever since, there really is not alot to go over with it aside from spin off games and novels. Infact, with regards to this, the Spinosaurus is also not exactly the fastest large predator of the series.

Speed wise, it's combat speed may be impressive but it's travel speed isn't exact as fast as other dinosaurs.

Also, the Spinosaurus initially struggled against the same Juvenile T-Rex it killed in the fight. In fact, if not for a slip up, it would have lost that fight had the Rex kept pressing the attack. So that is something worth mentioning.

However, despite all of that, The Spinosaurus is still one of the coolest dinosaurs around and is one of the few gems of Jurassic Park 3. It is badass, awesome, childhood and overall, a legendary dinosaur.

Summary

Rexy

Advantages

Vastly outclasses the Spinosaurus in terms of overall Stats

Has literally, the best roar of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World..... Yeah, not even the Spinosaurus matches it at all XD!!!

Once Rexy clamps her jaws on the Spinosaurus' neck, this time, it will kill the Sail Back Beast because of her superior bite force and being far larger and more powerful than a "Mere Juvenile" T-Rex

In terms of charging Speed, Rexy is FAR!!!! Faster

Can match the Spinosaurus' Swimming speed with her own swimming speed.

Composite Rexy would absolutely crush a Composite Spinosaurus due to more feats and an increased power set.

Disadvantages

Rexy's Arms are too tiny...... The Spinosaurus would definitely beat her in an arm wrestling contest XD!!!

Not alot of disadvantages actually haha XD!!!

The Spinosaurus

Advantages

Has longer Arms and has actual claws.

........... Sorry Spinosaurus :(

Disadvantages

Is literally outmatched in terms of overall Stats

While it has a very cool roar, Rexy just outclasses it in terms of coolness XD!!!

Is Far slower in terms of charging speed

It's Swimming capabilities will be matched by Rexy's Swimming capabilities

While The Spinosaurus has indeed endured the bite force of a Juvenile T-Rex to the neck, the fact that Rexy is now fully grown and is far more powerful means this time, it will not take the increased level of bite force, therefore killing it very quickly.

Despite giving the Spinosaurus the benefit of "Composition", it actually still loses the Power Race against Rexy, who has far more feats to scale to and would be even more powerful than ever before.

The Verdict

Rexy vs The Spinosaurus is by far, the single most requested match up of my "Who Would Win" Series to date. It is actually an absolutely epic match up to behold, but unfortunately, it is also, a pretty big "Stomp". Let's look at the Stats first.

Strength Wise, Rexy completely obliterates the Spinosaurus. While The Spinosaurus is indeed very powerful, Rexy simply has more feats that would make her simply too powerful for The Spinosaurus to handle. For instance, in the video games, Rexy can destroy multiple buildings, even overpowered the Indominus Rex, who is literally a larger predator anyway. While yes, Blue did help Rexy in the fight, the fact Rexy did the Power work shows that the feat still is a feat for Rexy to take anyway.

Bite force wise, it is actually lopsided once again. Rexy is perfectly scaled to what Tyrannosaurs achieved with their own bite force, which generate 6 tons worth of pressure. With regards to the Spinosaurus, the maximum bite force potential it has is actually just 2-3 tons...... Yeah, Rexy's Strength and Bite Force are a "One Two Punch"

Speed Wise, Rexy wins this again. She has overall more Speed feats and just did more impressive feats anyway. Her time with the Jeep in Jurassic Park shows she is capable of running at nearly 80 mph. While the Spinosaurus is fast, who actually can reach at 60mph, Rexy just has greater Speed overall.

However, that is not the best Speed feat for Rexy. In the Lost World Jurassic Park Rail Shooter Arcade Game, a Male Tyrannosaur managed to outpace a Jeep while avoiding and even breaking through Jungle trees....... Since Rexy is comparable to that feat since, well, it is another Tyrannosaurus, that means her Speed would be even higher than ever before. So Speed goes to Rexy.

Now as for Durability.......... This is where Rexy ultimately wins this match. Rexy has survived getting attacked from The Big One and The Indominus Rex, who literally can bite with such force it can puncture through "Bullet Proof" Gyrospheres. Added that Rexy still survived those attacks from the Indominus Rex, shows it has achieved greater durability levels than the Spinosaurus.

On the other hand, The Spinosaurus does have a nice feat that it took multiple shots from a Barrett M82A2 which is still impressive. Unfortunately, when it was up against the Juvenile T-Rex, it struggled in that fight. While it did win, it still got overpowered to the point that a simple slip up was all it took to give the Spinosaurus the victory.... But Rexy is not a Juvenile T-Rex is she now? ;)

And of course, Rexy scaling to other Tyrannosaurs in the series does hold weight since, again, they are literally the same species anyway. One of them can survive Military Tank blasts and even three minutes worth of bullets being shot at it before dying...... The Spinosaurus does not have any feat that matches both those feats.

So in the end, thanks to her Superior Stats, Charging Speed, Bite Force, Best Roar and being the best Dinosaur in all of fiction, I believe Rexy will win against the Spinosaurus in the "Rematch of the Century" and avenge the fallen Juvenile T-Rex.......

The Winner is Rexy

Thank you everyone who have read my "Who Would Win Series Season 4" blogs. It has been the most exciting Season to date and these match ups have been absolutely amazing to research and for me to do this all for my fans and friends is such a joy :D!!!! Of course, Season 5 will be coming soon, and I decided to do something different before I finish off this blog.
