Greetings and Welcome to another Special Edition Comedy Blog of my Who Would Win Series and it is going to be Shirley Fenette from Code Geass vs George Hancock from Dead Rising.
I will go into the Feats, Weapons and Weaknesses and finally, which of these two Universal Level Beings will ultimately win the cataclysmic battle of epic proportions.
So, without further ado, let's see who will be the Ultimate Godlike Entity!!!!!
Shirley Fenette (Spoiler Free)
Shirley Fenette is a student of Ashord Academy and one of the members of the Student Council. Shirley has one of the most interesting stories in the world of Code Geass, since she is the girlfriend of Lelouch Lamperouge, is friends with the Council President Millie and a crazy nerdy girl named Nina and of course, the awesome, badass bike rider Rivalz :D!!!!....... (Slow Claps)
School life aside, Shirley is, well, just a girl who is in the middle of a war between Britannia and Japan, which is now renamed "Area 11".
Long Story Short, Shirley's life completely changed for the worst after her father died at the Battle of Narita, and she attempted to avenge his death by assassinating the leader of the Black Knights known as "Zero"

Eventually, Shirley did not succeed in assassinating Zero, despite some assistance from Viletta Nu, who actually believes that Lelouch might be responsible for the death of Shirley's Father.
What happens next
turns into chaos. Shirley experiences a very intense turn of events such
as getting kidnapped by a psychotic Geass User named Mao, getting her
memory wiped, only to regain it again after over a year...... Yeah,
Shirley's time in Code Geass is full of depression, curiosity and even
love.

Out of everyone I analyzed for my Who Would Win Series, Shirley Fenette is hands down, the single most feat less combatant I ever researched to date. Unfortunately, she is basically exactly human level in everything.
What is hilariously interesting however is Shirley did do at least one Feat, which I will bring up very soon. But, for the sake of being fair, I will first get into Shirley's main method of combat..... And trust me, this is going to be a very short segment XD!!!
The Ultimate Handgun

This legendary handgun is so powerful, it basically can kill anything. Ahhhhh, looks like Shirley has a chance here :D!!
The
Handgun may use 9mm rounds with ammo, but Shirley has a magic trick
that literally makes the bullets penetrate not just the physical body of
her opponent, but even the souls and inner energy. Meaning, the bullets
are pretty much unstoppable and extremely dangerous.
Oh, and while we are on the subject, The Handgun is able to shoot at Speeds that even the Flash cannot keep up with. Basically, once Shirley uses this gun, you are literally dead..... How awesome!!!!!
Feats
Shirley Fenette may be human, but, here are some really interesting feats that make her.... impressive ;)
- Has officially, and cleanly, shot Viletta Nu. This would have killed her but, since plot armor was a factor, Viletta still lived
- One of the very few students of Ashford Academy that knew about Zero's True Identity
- Is worthy of wielding Mjolnir, Thor's Magical Hammer
- Has traveled through time by simply going back to her own memories
- Assisted Sheamus from WWE escape the cage and retain the WWE Championship at Money in the Bank 2010 by giving him Galaxy wide guidance using her mind telepathy. It also explains how Sheamus made a massive comeback XD!!!
- Helped The Grandmaster reach 100 Views for his Kallen Kozuki vs Gertrud Barkhorn blog after a week!!!
- Is able to put Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse to shame with her amazing toon force
- Survived the Infinity Gauntlet's Snap. Heck, when Thanos actually snapped to wipe out everyone in existence, Shirley still survived. Oh, and Shirley eventually killed Thanos and now has the Gauntlet to herself
- Is able to assassinate Kane, the Leader of The Brotherhood of Nod
- Is the current master of Hokuto Shin Ken, the Deadliest Martial Art in Fiction. She also got trained by Kenshiro :D!!!!
- Defeated Light Yagami from Death Note by simply resisting Death and phasing through the Story just to mind hack him into oblivion. Now, Light is nothing more than Darkness XD!!!
- Defeated the Warhammer Chaos Gods with her Magic Tricks such as the Blink
- Has a Stand Named "Shirley" which can do literally anything Shirley wants XD!!!!
- Has helped Simon the Digger defeat the Anti-Spiral
- Won 18 Academy Awards for Best God in fiction 18 years in a row
- Has spoken to Hancock about how adorable he is despite being Lelouch's Love Interest.....

Grandmaster: Miranda!!!!!! May I ask, is Hancock getting a bit overly obsessed with Shirley?
Miranda: Wait, Shirley did say to Hancock that he is adorable. That did the trick
Grandmaster: That...... was not the Hancock I was talking about....
Miranda: Let me look at the Feat list and Camera
(Miranda looks at the Feats for Shirley and watches the Camera afterwards. Turns out, Hancock was actually NOT!!! The guy Shirley spoke to)

Shirley: Ahhhh there you are!!!!! (Shirley comes up to Cookie Monster and gives him a huge hug, much to the disappointment of Hancock)
Hancock: Well there goes my hopes :(

Grandmaster: So, if the Cookie Monster was the one Shirley met, how come it said "Has spoken to Hancock about how adorable he is despite being Lelouch's Love Interest....."?
Miranda: It appears that the Cookie Monster's Disguise as Hancock was the reason behind it. Remember Larry?
Grandmaster: Ahhhhh I see
Cookie Monster: Me think Orange Hair Girl is beautiful. I will give her Cookies :D!!!!
Shirley: Aren't you a sweet one (Kisses Cookie Monster on the Cheek and walks away)
Cookie Monster: Goodbye!!!! I hope you win this match up so you can have all the Cookies you want :D!!!

Weaknesses
Well, as you would have known by now, Shirley is just a human. While her Handgun is the saving grace of her already hilariously weak capabilities. Let's just say Shirley is also very inexperienced, unskilled, untrained and above all, just a girl next door who, has limited skills to begin with.
Also, Shirley's canon material is just very limited. Comedy Shenanigans aside, the Handgun is just a basic pistol that did jack all in Code Geass aside from wounding Viletta. It can kill yes but that is the only feat Shirley has that is noteworthy.
To
be honest, Shirley may be an amazing character but she is the perfect
example that sometimes, even the most well written characters in fiction
are not great fighters.
Overall though, Shirley Fenette is, again, a great character, is charming, funny and a loyal lover to Lelouch, even though he can be pretty funny at times.
George Hancock
In the world of Dead Rising Watchtower and Endgame, the Military led by General Lyons was revealed to be using "Poor Quality Zombrex" to cause another outbreak. Turns out, Chase Carter found out about this incident and was in a Cat and Mouse chase that would ultimately determine the fate of the world against the Zombie Apocalypse.
At one point in time, Chase Carter was joined by a group of comrades, one of them is Whistleblower "George Hancock". Together, they embarked on an Epic Quest to rescue Jordan, who is Chase's sidekick :D!!!
During this ordeal, George Hancock turned evil and ended up taking "Immortality" with him, which of course was sooooooo overpowered that he cannot die....... Until......

Well....... George Hancock is quite literally, one of the most featless characters in fiction... Like, what can he really do is human level in all regards XD!!!!
You know, George Hancock does have notable moments, though in terms of an actual rundown, it is not going to be very long XD!!!! Here are the Weapons Hancock can use

Wrench: Hancock can use a Wrench........... It is so powerful it can knock back Galactus with a Single Strike. Even at one time managed to overpower Superman's Most powerful attacks with just one Swing. Oooooh, This "Wrench" is nothing to sneeze at after all :D!!!!
Handgun: The only ranged weapon used by Hancock, this Handgun can shoot out Infinite times the Speed of Light that even the Flash cannot even hope to keep up with. It is so powerful, it can cause infinite Deaths with a Single bullet

Ummmmmm, this is a...... Buzzsaw Spear??????? Regardless, it is a pretty impressive weapon that can be used to slice and stab. It is quite scary once you realize, this is the same weapon that pierced through Adamantium, Kryptonians, The Gurren Lagann, Warhammer Materials, Toon Force Barriers..... Yeah, Legendary :D!!!!!

Miranda: This Buzzsaw Spear actually is noteworthy in that it can also be ideal to lift up opponents. It functions exactly like a pitchfork in a sense, with a buzzsaw guard.
Grandmaster: Pretty Much XD!!!! It is quite a versatile weapon
George Hancock: That's right!!!!!! This Spear is my own!!!!!
Grandmaster: Ummmm, George Hancock-
(The Moment Grandmaster spoke "George Hancock", George falls to the floor and died instantly)
Miranda: What!!!!!???? What the hell happened here????
Grandmaster: I don't know I only said George Hancock
Miranda: Ahhh that's right, when you say his name, he dies instantly

Feats and Accomplishments for George Hancock
A highly decorated and Powerful God. George Hancock is that. A god!!!! Here is a list of notable moments for the God of......... "What?" XD!!!!
- Has officially and cleanly did nothing...... And yet he alone was the reason why the world was a better place
- Defeated Superman 40 out of 40 times
- Assassinated Ryuk by phasing through Death Note's Story Arc and simply stab him with the Buzzsaw Spear
- Managed to overpower Doomsday's immortality by, I kid you not, "Dancing too much that Doomsday died from boredom.... Permanently"
- Has defeated Naruto Uzumaki by shattering his Chakra reserves by doing nothing
- Able to become Dr Manhattan for Eternity... Until he gave up because it was too boring for him
- Had One for All for almost two seconds until Deku took it back
- Helped Lelouch assassinate Kane by disguising himself as Seth
- Helped Goku and Vegeta contain Beerus' level of power by Dancing
- Has actually saved Beerus from Sailor Galaxia in the Death Battle by, again, doing nothing
- Is best friends with Ibara from Akame Ga Kill
- Defeated the Flash 40 out of 40 times. All of which is when Flash was at his absolute best

Well, in terms of canon feats, George Hancock IS ALMOST FEATLESS!!!!!
Really, Hancock has done maybe 3 notable feats but that's about it. He is literally human level in all regards, which is why Physical Stats was completely out of the rundown to begin with.
It also doesn't help that Hancock can instantly die when he hears his own name. And if the opponent is using a pistol, it is the showstopping moment that literally kills Hancock the moment his name is spoken..... Yeah. Not a good idea to reveal your name to anyone Hancock XD!!!!
Overall though, George Hancock is, well, a regular guy with a very memorable story........ because he did nothing..... :D!!!!

Shirley Fenette
Advantages
- With her Pistol, Shirley is pretty much winning this fight the moment it starts, assuming she knows about George Hancock's Name beforehand. Still, she actually has more experience with a pistol than Hancock, who only used it for a few seconds
- Has counters to all of Super Hancock's capabilities..... Miranda!!!! NOW!!!!! SHOW US SHIRLEY'S REAL FORM!!!!!!
- Canonically, no melee weapons
- More Melee Weapons
- Despite having a pistol, the fact that George Hancock literally dies instantly the moment his name is yelled out from Shirley, means that he cannot do anything to Shirley once the fight starts. It doesn't matter about Non Canon Shenanigans, if Shirley says his name, the fight is over. Shirley also has a pistol of her own anyway so the range factor is even at best
- All of his Godlike capabilities are completely nullified by Shirley's Capabilities. I mean...... this is laughable XD!!!
